Location
Ellas Crag from Little Town
To find us exit M6 at Junction 40 and proceed along A66 towards Keswick. By-pass Keswick and take left turning to Portinscale / Newlands Valley. Continue through Portinscale past the Marina. After approximately 1.5 miles turn right towards Swinside / Stair / Newlands Valley / Buttermere.
Ellas Crag and Catbells
Pass by the Swinside Inn and Newlands Adventure Centre and over small bridge through the hamlet of Stair. Follow the road up the incline by Stair Mill. Ellas Crag is on the left at a small junction with the road leading back to Braithwaite.
